Emotional wellbeing support for people and animals

Sessions

Sessions may focus on general emotional wellbeing or on specific emotional or physical concerns.

Some people choose sessions during stressful periods of life, emotional difficulties, personal transitions, or simply because they feel emotionally overwhelmed, emotionally disconnected, or “stuck” without clearly understanding why.

Others may wish to explore whether trapped emotions could be contributing to physical discomfort, emotional reactions, fears, stress, sleep difficulties, relationship challenges, or recurring patterns in daily life.

If you are not sure where to begin, it is also possible to ask a more general question about what may support you best at that particular moment in time.

How sessions work

According to The Emotion Code®, emotionally intense experiences may sometimes leave behind “trapped emotions,” which are believed to remain within the body as unresolved emotional energy.

Sessions use a technique called muscle testing to communicate with the subconscious mind and identify trapped emotions that may be ready to be released.

Sessions are performed remotely in proxy mode, meaning that it is not necessary to be physically present for the session to take place. For animal sessions, I ask for a recent photo of the animal to help me focus on them during the session.

One of the aspects many people appreciate about this work is that personal matters may remain private. You do not need to share detailed personal experiences if you do not wish to. Sessions may still be performed without discussing private aspects of your life.

E-mail sessions

E-mail sessions are designed to be simple, quiet, and flexible.

No appointment of live conversation is required. You may continue your normal daily routine while the session is being performed remotely.

Before the session, you are welcome to briefly share any areas, emotions, situations, or concerns you would like the session to focus on. However, detailed explanations are never required.

After the session, you will receive a personalised report via e-mail describing the trapped emotions released during the session.

E-mail sessions may be especially suitable for people with busy schedules, different time zones, social anxiety, emotional sensitivity, or a preference for quieter communication.

WhatsApp call sessions

For those who prefer direct communication, sessions may also be performed through a 30-minute WhatsApp audio call (no video), which allows for greater privacy and comfort.

During the call, we may discuss the areas you would like to focus on before beginning the session. Afterward, you will also receive a personalised session report via e-mail or WhatsApp according to your preference.

After the session

Following a session, some people and animals may experience a temporary processing period while the body and mind adjust after emotional release.

This may last from approximately one to three days. Some people report feeling temporarily more tired than usual or emotionally sensitive during this period.

Drinking water and allowing yourself adequate rest may help support this process.

Each person may experience sessions differently, and some people notice very subtle changes while others experience more noticeable emotional shifts over time.

A gentle and supportive approach

Sessions are intended to provide gentle emotional support in a calm, respectful, and low-pressure way.

They are not intended to replace medical care, psychological treatment, psychotherapy, veterinary care, or professional mental health support.
