I offer a free discovery call for those who would like to ask questions, learn more about how sessions work, or see whether this approach feels right for them.

Sessions are available via e-mail or WhatsApp audio call, depending on your preference.

E-mail sessions are designed to be calm, flexible, and comfortable. There is no appointment involved and no need for face-to-face interaction, so you may simply continue your normal activities without interrupting your daily routine while I work on your session.

This format may feel especially supportive for people who:

  • prefer a quieter form of communication
  • have busy schedules
  • live in different time zones

After the session, you will receive a report of the released emotions via e-mail or WhatsApp, according to your preference.

Sessions are available in English, Italian, and Russian.
