Sessions

Sessions can either be working toward general wellness, or targeted to address specific physical or emotional issues.

Here follow some examples of questions that could be the starting point for the session:

Goal questions

  • Is there a trapped emotion I can release in order to feel more confident in this job interview?
  • Is there a trapped emotion I can release in order to feel motivated to exercise?
  • Is there a trapped emotion I can release in order to focus more clearly?

Issue questions

  • Is there a trapped emotion contributing to this resentment towards my partner?
  • Is there a trapped emotion that is causing me to have trouble focusing?
  • Is there a trapped emotion that is causing my dislike of vegetables?
  • Is there a trapped emotion contributing to my trouble sleeping?
  • Is there a trapped emotion creating this stomachache?
  • Is there a trapped emotion causing me to crave sugar?

If you are not sure which area you would like to work on, it is possible to ask a general question about what will serve you best in that moment in time and proceed from there. After all, your subconscious knows the answers already!

Following The Emotion Code® session one can experience processing or a state where the energy body and physical body are realigning to process the release of one or more imbalances. Generally this processing lasts from 1 to 3 days. It also may create some mild fatigue or emotional sensitivity approximately 20% of the times. We always encourage our participants to drink water to help them process.

One of the key aspects about The Emotion Code® is that people’s private matters can remain private. You do not have to reveal anything if you do not wish to, your trapped emotions can be released anyway.

E-mail Sessions are done solely via e-mail with no appointment involved. You do not need to do anything different from your day to day routine. After the session is complete, you will receive a report via e-mail detailing exactly what was done. E-mail sessions are great options for those who live in a different time zone and/or are unable to do a phone session due to scheduling restraints.
